Contemporary issues in research ethics: who owns interview transcripts?

In June 2009 at the 5th International Conference on Lifelong Learning at the Centre for Lifelong Learning (CRLL), University of Stirling, I posed the question: research ethics: who owns interview transcripts as an integral part of my paper titled 'explorations of lifelong learning ethics'.

 

The question is still open for discussion and criticism.
